Apart from trendy celeb diets, there are other beauty routines they practice.  Some of the routines that keep them glowing are simple routines. Here are some of them:

Exfoliation

Exfoliation is one of the most practiced routines by celebs that involve removing dead skin cells from your skin surface. You can do it by using a granular substance or a chemical. You can exfoliate at home by making your scrub from the following products; using oatmeal and yogurt, honey and oats, banana oatmeal and apple, and honey. You can also exfoliate by just using a cleanser and a washcloth. If you want beautiful skin, you should try to exfoliate at least twice or thrice a week. If you fail to exfoliate, you may experience acne.

Get Enough Sleep

If you want to have beautiful skin, you need to get enough sleep. When you sleep, blood flow is boosted to the skin. This will make you wake up to a glowing skin. If you deprive yourself of sleep, there will be a decrease in blood flow around your skin’s surface. The result will be a dull complexion. Sleep also helps to repair the damage that has been caused during the day. This happens when the levels of stress hormone fall while the growth hormone is released to strengthen the skin.

Ensure you go to bed before midnight, and you will definitely have a good skin.

Drink Lots of Water

Many of the celebrities drink a lot of water that makes them beautiful. Water is known to keep the skin young. Long periods of dehydration lead to skin damage; the skin becomes dry and can begin to shrink. Drinking water consistently will make your skin look healthier.

Water also plays a big role in ensuring that stretch marks are reduced. When you drink water, your skin muscles are stretched.

Water helps in combating Eczema as well. As much as you will be taking medication for the Eczema condition, taking water will make the medication work more effectively.

Moisten your skin by drinking a lot of water and by taking showers.

Eat vegetables

It is known that whatever goes under your gut will show on your face. If you want to have a gorgeous skin like that of the celebrity you admire, watch on your diet. Vegetables are known to be major contributors to healthy and glowing skin. Most celebrities eat lots of vegetables or green juice every day for their skin.

You can have red, yellow and green vegetables. Red vegetables, specifically tomatoes, are very nutritious. Tomatoes are full of lycopene, an antioxidant that reduces the damage caused by the sun to the skin.

Yellow and green vegetables are also nutritious. If you decide to go on greens, make sure you go with the darker ones like kales and spinach. They are more nutritious.
