1. Pluck and Prepare
The first step to achieving the perfect brows is going to involve tweezing any stray hairs. Shape up your natural brow and remove any stray hairs by plucking them. Do not try to pluck and arch into your brows.

2. Get a Small Flat Brush & Your Concealer

Now start at the inside top of the brow shape and make a straight line with the concealer to the highest point of your brow. Then from that point follow your natural brow to make a line that touches the line you made earlier from the outer corner of your eye.
Now go back to the start of your brow and make a line that goes up under your eyebrow to where the direction changes. Then finally connect the point to the outer corner to complete the shape of the brow.
3. Fill in Shape, Set, & Blend
